Blade

After the special heat treatment the tool steel is good in hardness and long life, the blade clearance can adjusted by hand wheel and the number marked on the plate. Adjust quickly and easily with good credibility.Blade stroke adjusted stepless, the pressure can adjusted according to the thickness automatically.

The blades are designed in the rectangular shape, which has four cutting edges to prolong working life. Adjustable shearing angle to reduce deformation of the plate.

Guillotine & Swing Beam Shear

J&K Hydraulic Shears has major two types, the power shear guillotine and swing beam design. A guillotine shear has a moving blade that runs on straight slides. The moving blade is almost parallel to the fixed blade during the entire stroke. And the swubg vean design has a blade that pivots around a fixed point.
